With so many festivals now on the UK festival circuit, the standard festival experience has become synonymous with hassle, long queues and arduous journeys across fields. Another World Festival is set to change this perception by bringing the best facilities and activities in the UK to the woodlands of Buckinghamshire and offering an experience brimming with ease and comfort; but at an affordable price.
Not content with being the best-served outdoor event in the calendar, the line-up packs a serious punch reading like a who's who of hip hop, RnB and urban artists. The one and only Snoop "Doggy" Dogg takes centre-stage and no doubt his set will consist of hip hop classics, reggae jams and newer pop collaborations. Joining Snoop will be Wretch 32 whose hits such as Traktor have topped the charts worldwide and Sigma who's epic remix of Kanye West's Nobody to Love has been a summer anthem. BBC Radio 1 dance maestro Danny Howard will also feature alongside Detroit electronic legend Kevin Saunderson, plus Dirtybird aficionado Shadow Child. Drum & Bass will also feature heavily at Another World with Birmingham-based DJ Hazard, genre-innovators Fabio & Grooverider and producer, singer and DJ, TC – also known as Tommy Boy – all confirmed to appear. 90's songstress and MOBO winner Shola Ama, internationally-renowned DJ Charlotte Devaney plus MC Singer/Producer and "one to watch" Lady Leshurr, will be flying the flag for ladies at Another World 2014.
An array of supplementary events will be on offer and virtual insanity will come in the form of Rush, where punters can divulge into the world of 3D and 4D interactive entertainment including white knuckle rides and simulators. An on-site theme park will also be present plus the Just for Laughs Comedy Club, showcasing the UK's best talent from across the circuit. Finally when the clock strikes 12, the creatures of the night will take to the dancefloor at the Blood Ball.
An outdoor spa with luxury hot tubs will be tucked away in the outdoor, tranquil surroundings of the Silverstone forest allowing attendees to relax and unwind before taking on a day of music and entertainment. VIP holders can also take comfort in the cigar lounge where a cigar expert will help you pick the perfect blend from a varied selection.
The debut of Another World Festival will take place from 8-10 August in Buckinghamshire. Day tickets start at just £49.50 and weekend from £79. For more information and booking visit the Another World website.
