Magic Break is the biggest spring festival on the Med. It is known for welcoming music lovers from all over Europe to a sun-kissed spot with across 4 days and 3 nights with a wide range of accommodation options all right by the stunning seafront and by the golden Blue Flag beaches of the region. As well as the music, there is plenty to explore at Magic Break with rich local cultures and customs as well as unlimited food and drinks, including beer or premium liquors depending on your ticket type.
In all there are three outdoor and three indoor sages each with their own concept and carefully curated line-ups. The music comes from a fine cross section of names from the worlds of house, techno, bass, disco and electro with plenty of local stars as well as international names.
Chief amongst them are long time Greek house tastemaker Argy, stylish Slovenian selector Brina Knauss, hard hitting Belgian pair Joyhauser, Nigerian bred, Brooklyn-based performance and visual artist, singer, songwriter, musician and human rights activist Laolu, plus a live show from Natascha Polke, house vibes Polo & Pan, a special back to back between Paolo Ferrara and Lorenzo Raganzini, and much more from the likes of Adam Ten, Henri Bergmann, Josh Gigante, Skala, Massano and more.
Magic Break is also a place to hear top local talents Deniz Kabu, Ferhat Albayrak, Grafin, Mehmet Özbek, Menachem 26, Orkun Bozdemir, Wolfson and more and also to discover  some well-known secrets of the buzzing Turkish scene, some of whom are now on the radar of labels and clubs worldwide.

UNUM Festival Adds 40+ Names

UNUM is not like other festivals. It isn’t a smash and grab, in and out rave. It’s a coming together of like minded people and six days of almost non-stop music in secluded locations. UNUM has become a cult favourite festival because it started small and has grown naturally and organically as word has got out. It’s a truly authentic musical experience with a focus on world class sound and boutique stages that offer dreamy places to dance. There are no sound limits, no time restrictions, just plenty of freedom to explore, enjoy and soak up new sights, sounds and scenes. The famously friendly and in the know crowd is made up of a mix of people from all over the world, with many locals enriching the diverse dance floor. 
It all goes down in the hidden secret paradise of Rana e Hedhun, a quiet corner of Europe in the town of Shëngjin on the picture-perfect Albanian coastline. On the sweeping beach you can enjoy uninterrupted sun and sea with a stunning mountain range in the distance and magical pine forests behind you. As well as the music there is a broad mix of heart-racing water sports, mouthwatering local food and drink offerings and plenty of isolated bays and secluded woodland areas to explore.  
This year Animal Crossing host Friday night on the iconic Pines Stage, Sunrise Romanians take over Saturday night and Slapfunk take care of Monday. Soul Town Festival is the most authentic soul, disco, motown and reggae celebration in the UK. It offers two magical days with more than 65 artists, over 40 food vendors as well as dancers, rides, attractions, live steel bands, face painting, glitter stalls, hair braiding, fashion and craft stalls and so much more. Franky Wah has become one of the most visible breakout artists in the world over the last few years. He’s played epic shows everywhere from Factory Town with Carl Cox to Printworks with Afterlife and has served up plenty of fresh tunes on Eric Prydz’s PRYDA Presents, Anjunadeep, and Sasha’s Last Night On Earth.

The world’s most sought-after artists such as Blawan, Pantha Du Prince, Dr Rubinstein, Dubfire, DVS1, Ellen Allien, Hector Oaks, Indira Paganotto, Kangding Ray, Kelly Lee Owens, Marcel Dettmann, Matrixxman, Mood II Swing, Nastia, Special Request plus many more will all break and explore the boundaries of electronic music within the hallowed walls of their esteemed east London Warehouse and infamous Black Studio. Excitingly for this latest run of events, all new screens will run up the wall behind the performers, from floor to ceiling and above the heads of the crowd, offering a whole new visual dimension. These will be displaying bespoke seasonal content created by the expert Spencer at Rebel Overlay. It will be regularly updated to keep the venue feeling fresh and each party unique on top of the over 151 lighting fixtures which range from spots to beams to lasers to pixel-mapped LED bars. In all, there are 4,620,288 pixels in total with a 4k canvas that spans the full length of the venue for the ultimate in immersive technology.

This cult underground club boasts next level audio visual and lighting with both E1 music rooms featuring bespoke Funktion-One sound systems that have been designed, installed and maintained by Sound Services Ltd. They include cutting-edge Evolution 6 Mid Highs and the revolutionary new linear transducer-powered BR132A Bass enclosures. This new technology can deliver unparalleled low end with precision and unlock low frequency information that goes unnoticed on most audio systems, while the BR132 is the largest, deepest and most powerful of Funktion-One‘s bass reflex series of bass loudspeakers

The Warehouse and Black Studio sound systems and DJ setups have been configured and optimized to provide DJs with the very best equipment which will make for the very best experience for all. The interiors of both the Black Studio and Warehouse have been completely redesigned around the audio installation, DJ and dance floor resulting in a precise, powerful, full frequency range acoustic experience and E1 has invested in sound proofing to protect neighbours and deliver an unrestricted dance floor sound experience.

 

Musically, all bases are covered with careful curation offering up only the most bold and adventurous artists from across the worlds of bass, techno, electro, house and plenty in between. Each room has its own look and feel so that every night at E1 is a truly unforgettable one. As well as the club’s own visionary Presents nights featuring an array of innovative talents, from April until the end of July there are forward thinking takeovers from brands like John Digweed’s Bedrock, break out Ukrainian talent Korolova and friends, Ellen Alliens ‘We Are Not Alone’, Percolate, Planet X, Andrea Oliva Presents: All I Need, James Ruskin‘s revered Blueprint, the techno-centric VOLT and plenty more.

The world renowned, award-winning and hugely influential Hospitality In The Woods is back for another bumper one-day celebration of all things Drum & Bass on Saturday 19th August 2023 at Beckenham Place Park. Every single facet of the sound will be showcased across five fantastically designed stages with headliners including Netsky, High Contrast, A.M.C Calibre, Roni Size, DJ Marky, Camo & Krooked, Goddard, LTJ Bukem, Metrik and many more.

Drum & Bass has always been about community, friendly faces and family vibes where everyone is welcome and that is at the heart of Hospitality In The Woods. This year for one day only everyone is invited to share in some sun kissed good times for Hospitality’s first ever mid-summer UK Saturday festival that is packed with musical goodness and sure to recapture the special magic of the last unforgettable event in 2021.

Several things have always stood Hospitality apart, namely in that the label has established itself as one of the international powerhouses of Drum & Bass and the fact it holds the biggest and best Drum & Bass festival in the UK, delivering the broadest musical offering of any of its counterparts. It takes place in a beautiful location with rolling green landscapes, a lush lake, giant mansion and ancient woodland that is easily accessible in London.
